why I created these courses...
I created these courses for the past versions of myself who needed them. I would have LOVED a mentor and a sisterhood to guide me along my journey, and I did find many along the way, but none ever quite felt like home. So I created my own.
As a painter and yoga teacher, I have built a unique and beautiful life over the past 5 years, living and traveling full time in an RV, becoming a full time artist, and falling more in love with my life every day.
Before I got here, I was stuck in my masculine energy, stuck trying to fit into the world I saw around me. Until one day, I heard the call to come home, to myself, to my feminine energy, to my body. It has been an epic journey of learning to love myself and belong to myself, heal the starving artist wound and develop an abundant artist mindset, and honor the cyclical and seasonal nature of body as I honor the cycles and seasons of mother nature.
These are the founding values I wove into my courses. It is my hope that you find yourĀ home here, in my courses, in my community, and ultimately in your body and in your own life.
